Awo0.awo0!!! Finalist kami! wahihi. ..

0kay. I know you already know what I'm going to tell you..coz I already put it in the title eh. haha. But, to make this story a bit long, hehe, I'll just tell you what happened that day. ..

0kay. October 26, 2006--Battle of the Bands-elimination.
It was a two-set contest actually...
first was the "Song writting contest for SMA's theme song" which was announced late.
And secondly was the battle of the bands propper. ...

Even it was announced late, "xempre. ..Jesse pa", Jesse had composed a song. hehehe. go0d go0d! And when my band, the priory of sion, was called to perform what we have prepared, ---NAG-BROWNOUT!!! "bO0!"--heard those pest 4th year students at my right side. Ouch! So, dahil nga brownout, Carl and me took away na the instruments and go back to our seat..Jesse requested to make it accoustic na lang. ..so, in front of the judges, Kyle and Jes performed. ... yipee! Success! haha. ..And then the remaining bands perform na rin. ..
AND THE FINALIST ARE. ..I had my fingers crossed when the announcement of the 4 finalist are being called. ..the 3rd finalist---THE PRIORY OF SION awo0.awo0!!!
of course, we rej0iced!!! and prepare for the next part. ..

2nd to perform. .."o, baka magbrownout na naman ah! haha" --humirit na naman ung mga 4th year. ..first part. it's an "Ouch" for me. .."No sounds?! tsk. Kuya! Anu ba toh?!"--when playing the intro of the song kasi, the chord of my guitar had loose. My face glare because of that. Thank God Kyle noticed. ..he took my part for a while. Then, may sounds na! 2nd verse: Another Ouch for me & Jesse! Supposedly, at that part, sabay kami or I will be the first one na papasok on the 2nd verse. ..but, kabaliktaran nangyari. hehe. And Lastly "Ouch!" parts. ..Jesse, again, the "My Heart is yours. .." line. ..ahm. don't need to blab it to you, you wont get me. hehe. But the rest were played clean. haha.
**A bit disappointed after we've performed, because of those palpaks**
Ok. ..then followed by the remaining bands.

..to finish this scoop, as what I have plonk on my title, WE'RE ONE OF THE FINALIST!!!
awo0.awo0! Yey! nagwala si Jesse eh. hahaha! Of couse, ecstatic si yayan! hehehe. This was my first time to join this contest and..*wheew*, being one of the finalist is a dream come true na for me. haha. (babaw ng kaligayahan) I'm not a professional guitar player (..and a back-up vox. hahaha) and my band got in! Yey! Thank you Lord. ahihih. ..

and that ends my 1st semmestral in my skul. hehehe.

We still need to practice. ..and save bottles! haha.
Nov. 9 is the finals of SMA's Theme song, and the winner will receive 10,000Php. and it always mess up the skul (nyak) 'coz the theme will be always play. sh0cks!
and on Nov. 15 will be finals of the Battle of the bands. Wee..please. pray for us. support us. wahehe.
